Ingredients

  • ox tail

  • onion

  • carrot / celery

  • white wine

  • brodo / stock

Directions

  • Brown onions. Remove.
  • Brown meat. Add onion back in.
  • cup of white wine.
  • brodo until just cover meat.
  • add carrot and celery.
  • scrape layer of oil off top or you get oily tongue when eat.
  • Simmer for 2 hours min.

  • Good with Mash!
