Ingredients

  • 100 g Butter

  • 100 g Plain Flour

  • 2 Litres Blue Milk

Directions

  • Melt Butter, take off heat, stir in flour until paste, str stir stir.
  • little milk in too.
  • back on heat, simmer gentle, add milt slowly, stir always. (Keep as liquid as when dries will shrink!)
  • salt, pepper.
  • Parmesan… Chedder if want.
  • Pasta – 1 min boil then out.
  • broc, peas (hot water), mushrooms (cook), MOZ.
  • Parmesan on top and more béchamel lake.
  • mini jug of béchamel if want.
