Ingredients

  • 125 g butter

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp golden syrup

  • 4 tbsp cocoa

  • 250 g plain biscuits, crushed

  • 45 g sultanas

  • 250 g cooking chocolate, half milk and half dark

Directions

  • In a saucepan, melt the butter, sugar, syrup and cocoa.
  • Add the biscuits and sultanas when melted. Stir to combine.
  • Pour mixture into a shallow baking tray and press down. Melt the cooking chocolate and pour over the mixture in the tray.
  • Place the tin into the fridge and leave for about 1 hour to set. To serve, cut into about 20 pieces.
